About Brad

Brad Collins began his legal training at Wake Forest University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. He completed the traditional law school curriculum and entered the practice prepared to take on public interest work. His academic background provided the foundation for a career that has included both public and private sector work.

His early career included time at Legal Aid of North Carolina in 2009. There he worked on matters that required a steady hand and clear judgment. That experience exposed him to a range of client needs and court procedures and set the tone for how he approaches cases: pragmatic, attentive, and grounded in statute and precedent.

Collins is admitted to practice in North Carolina and holds membership in the North Carolina State Bar. He also belongs to the Forsyth County Bar and is a member of NOSSCR. His federal admission includes the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Those credentials allow him to move between state and federal dockets when a client’s matter requires it.

Over time Collins moved into private practice at Collins Price, PLLC. He has continued to draw on his early public-interest work while serving clients in more varied roles. He is known among colleagues for a practical approach to case resolution and for steady courtroom presence when matters proceed to litigation. His memberships in local and national bar associations keep him connected to changing procedural rules and recent developments in administrative law.

Clients and colleagues see him as someone who balances courtroom readiness with attention to procedural detail. He prepares filings carefully and takes time to explain options and likely outcomes. In court he applies the kinds of advocacy skills that grew from hands-on experience at Legal Aid and from years practicing in North Carolina.

He remains active in the North Carolina legal community and in practice at Collins Price, PLLC. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina and regularly handles matters in both state courts and that federal district court.

He currently practices at Collins Price, PLLC, where he handles matters in North Carolina state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
