Bobby Cheng-Yu Chung is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Chung is the founder of the Law Office of Bobby C. Chung, PC, a law firm located in San Gabriel, California. He has been practicing law for over 25 years, serving clients throughout California and representing individuals before U.S. Consulates worldwide.

Mr. Chung earned his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he graduated in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1995. During his time at USC, he developed a strong foundation in business principles, which has been instrumental in his legal career.

Mr. Chung concentrates his practice in the areas of immigration law, with a particular emphasis on employment-based, investor-based, and family-based immigration cases. He assists clients in obtaining visas such as the E-2 Investor Visa and the EB-5 Investment Green Card, enabling them to reside in the U.S. and operate their businesses. His practice encompasses all stages of immigration proceedings, including initial case evaluation, preparation and submission of applications, and representation in hearings before immigration authorities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chung has handled cases in various courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before entering private practice, he served as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, where he assisted federal immigration judges in adjudicating immigration cases. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the federal immigration system and has been instrumental in his approach to client representation.

Mr. Chung is an active member of the State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Mandarin, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
