About Bob

Bob Gregory studied at Indiana University Bloomington where he earned a Bachelor of Science before moving west to attend the University of Colorado Boulder for his law degree. His academic path took him from a large Midwestern public campus to a Rocky Mountain law school. The two degrees set the stage for a practice centered on Colorado law.

After law school, Gregory entered private practice in Colorado. He built a practice around representing individuals and businesses in matters that arise under state law. Over time he settled into a role at West Brown Huntley PC, where he serves as a member of the firm’s legal staff. Colleagues describe him as a steady presence in the office—businesslike and direct in his work.

Gregory maintains professional ties through bar-related organizations. He is an active member of the Continental Divide Bar Association. That membership connects him to peers across the region and to forums that address issues facing Colorado practitioners. He also participates in continuing legal education and local professional programming when schedules allow.

In the courtroom and at the negotiating table, Gregory favors clear communication. He writes plainly and argues concisely. Those habits help when cases require complex factual explanations or when clients need straightforward advice about process and timing. He is comfortable drafting pleadings, advising on procedural posture, and guiding clients through pretrial preparation.

Clients and co-counsel report that Gregory is practical in his approach. He assesses risk and outlines options in a way that makes next steps understandable. He prefers to set realistic expectations and organize work so matters move efficiently. That methodical approach suits the often-busy dockets of state courts and the practical needs of local businesses and individuals.

Outside the office, Gregory’s public profile is primarily professional rather than academic. There are no widely noted publications or high-profile public roles attached to his name. Instead, his presence is felt in routine casework and in the daily operations of a firm that handles a range of Colorado matters.

He works from West Brown Huntley PC and practices in Colorado courts. His current practice focuses on matters arising under Colorado law.
