About Blake Fulton

Blake Fulton Quackenbush built a legal practice that spans state lines and courtrooms. He studied at Brigham Young University before earning his law degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. Those academic stops prepared him for a career that moves between private practice and federal filings.

After law school, Quackenbush moved into private practice. He founded the Law Offices of Blake Fulton Quackenbush in 2014. Later he established an Austin office under the same name. The two offices reflect a practice that began locally and extended to other jurisdictions. Over time he added admissions that allow him to appear in Alaska and in federal court for the District of Alaska.

Quackenbush’s resume lists current memberships in the Alaska Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. He is also affiliated with the Central Council of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes. Those memberships signal a set of professional ties across state and tribal lines. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Alaska, which enables him to take cases into the federal system when necessary.

His work has involved courtroom practice and the transactional matters that often accompany it. He represents individuals and entities in proceedings that require both state and federal filings. Clients have brought matters that call for attention to procedural detail and an ability to manage filings in different venues. Quackenbush’s practice has addressed those needs through representation, document preparation, and court appearances.

Colleagues describe him as practical and thorough in preparing matters for hearing. He appears regularly before state tribunals in Alaska and handles filings in federal court when cases require it. The combination of state bar memberships and federal admission gives him flexibility to accept a range of matters that touch on local and national rules.

Today he operates under the banner of the Law Offices of Blake Fulton Quackenbush. He continues to maintain ties to Alaska while overseeing the practice’s operations that extend to Austin. He accepts engagements that require courtroom presence in Alaska and filings in the District of Alaska, and he maintains membership in the State Bar of Texas to support work that reaches beyond a single jurisdiction. His current practice handles matters across those admitted forums.
