Mr. Bush earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1987. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. During his time at the University of Kentucky, he was actively involved in equine-related activities, which influenced his future legal focus. Additionally, he studied International Law and Legal Studies at Cambridge University, Downing College, during the summers of 1985 and 1986.
