About Beverly
Beverly Carson earned her law degree from the University of Georgia in 2006 after completing undergraduate studies at the same institution in 2001. Her bachelor’s degree combined social work and Spanish, an academic mix that has shaped how she approaches problems and communicates with clients. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa during her undergraduate years, an early marker of academic engagement outside the classroom.
After law school, Carson moved into practice and has spent her career working on matters that require both legal analysis and an understanding of clients’ circumstances. Her background in social work offers a different perspective on legal problems. She is comfortable translating complex legal concepts into plain language and explaining what to expect at each stage of a case.
Carson maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She participates in trial-level work and in the day-to-day management of client matters, balancing case preparation with client contact.
