He has also appeared before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board on numerous occasions. Prior to joining Boxer+Gerson in 1999, he practiced as a criminal defense attorney, gaining experience in trial advocacy and courtroom procedures. He became a partner at Boxer+Gerson in 2005.

Mr. Arnold is an active member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA), having served as its president and legislative chair. He is also a former member of the State Bar Workers' Compensation Committee and currently serves on the board for Kids' Chance of California, a charity dedicated to providing scholarships for children whose parents have been seriously injured or killed in workplace accidents. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
