About Benjamin T.
Benjamin T. Norton attended Occidental College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2005. He went on to study law at the University of Arizona and received his Juris Doctor in 2012. Those academic years set the stage for an early move into trial work and litigation.
He began his legal career at Fisher & Associates, P.C., joining the firm as an associate in 2012. Two years later he became a shareholder, taking on greater responsibility for cases and for managing client matters. In 2018 he left to start his own practice, founding the Law Offices of Ben Norton, PLLC.
Norton is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the Tenth Circuit. His professional affiliations track a steady engagement with local bar groups and trial organizations. He has been a member of the Denver Bar Association since 2012. He served on the Colorado Bar Association Executive Council for the Young Lawyers Division from 2015 through 2020. He held the role of secretary for the Colorado Bar Association Solo Small Firm section in 2021 and was named President Elect of that section in 2022, a position he continues to hold.
He also maintains memberships in the Colorado Bar Association Litigation Section and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Norton holds membership in the Multi‑Million Dollar Advocate forum, an association for lawyers who have secured significant verdicts or settlements for clients.
