About Benjamin

Benjamin Charchian attended UCLA School of Law in 1999 and later continued legal study at Pepperdine University School of Law, completing work there in 2003. Those years shaped his early understanding of courtroom procedure and written advocacy. He moved from academic study into practice with a straightforward aim: apply what he learned to real disputes and everyday injuries.

He began his legal career after finishing law school. Early work included roles that exposed him to civil litigation and client counseling. Over time he focused his caseload on tort claims and accident litigation. That shift reflects a preference for hands-on client work and courtroom advocacy rather than transactional practice.

Charchian maintains current memberships in professional legal associations, which keep him connected to peers and developing law. He has used those networks to stay current on procedural changes and case law that affects injured plaintiffs. Such memberships have fed into his approach to case evaluation and trial preparation.

His litigation practice has emphasized the kinds of cases that fill emergency rooms and court dockets: auto collisions, slip-and-fall claims, and other personal injury matters. He handles investigations, negotiates with insurers, and prepares matters for trial when necessary. He tends to approach each file with the same practical checklist—document the claim, assess medical evidence, and map realistic paths to resolution—so clients have clear expectations.

Peers and clients describe him as pragmatic in the courtroom and in settlement talks. He does not court headlines. Instead he focuses on the work required to move a case forward. That has meant long days reviewing records, deposing witnesses, and drafting motions. He pairs that routine with a willingness to try cases when a negotiated outcome is not productive.

Today he practices at LA Injury Group. His role at the firm centers on representing people hurt in accidents and pursuing compensation through negotiation and litigation. He remains engaged in professional circles and continues to handle personal injury cases for clients across the Los Angeles area.

He currently practices at LA Injury Group, handling personal injury cases.
