About Becky Rose

Becky Rose Sebastian built a legal foundation at Whittier Law School, where she earned her J.D. She later pursued advanced tax training, completing an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2021. The academic trajectory reflects a shift from general legal training to specialized study in tax law. Her education gave her the technical grounding that shapes her practice today.

After law school, Sebastian moved into practice and into matters that intersect law and finance. Rather than limiting herself to one narrow lane, she has combined tax analysis, regulatory interpretation and practical problem solving. Those elements show up in everyday work: translating complex rules into clear advice, structuring transactions to manage tax consequences and helping clients understand compliance obligations.

Sebastian’s experience spans counseling individuals and businesses. She advises on tax planning and compliance and assists clients facing disputes with tax authorities. Her approach is methodical. She breaks issues into manageable parts and explains options so clients can make informed decisions. The work can range from routine filings to more complicated transactional planning, and she handles both ends of that spectrum.

She practices at Morgan Sebastian Law. In that setting she collaborates with other attorneys and professionals to deliver tax and business-oriented legal services. Her role involves client counseling, drafting and negotiating transactional documents where tax is an important element, and preparing positions for administrative reviews or audits. Her LL.M. training informs how she evaluates risk and recommends practical next steps for clients.

Outside of specific engagements, Sebastian follows developments in tax policy and administrative guidance. Tax law changes frequently. Keeping up with those changes helps her anticipate issues that could affect her clients’ plans. Her background in both general law and specialized tax study positions her to address both immediate problems and longer-term planning questions.

She currently concentrates her practice on tax law and related business matters.
