About Beau

Beau Taylor is an attorney who came to the practice of law through a traditional route: law school, bar involvement, then private practice. He completed his J.D. at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2016 after beginning his legal studies in 2013. The law school years shaped his early professional interests and led directly into the next stage of his career.

While still early in his legal journey, Taylor became involved in the legal community. He has been a member of the New York State Bar Association since 2013, maintaining that affiliation as he moved from student to practitioner. That ongoing membership has kept him connected to developments in New York law and to the professional networks that support courtroom work and client counsel.

Following law school, Taylor established his own practice. In 2017 he took the title of Principal Lawyer at Beau Taylor Law, PLLC. He has run the firm since then, managing both the business and the legal work that comes through a small litigation practice. The role requires handling intake, case strategy, and courtroom preparation, along with the administrative tasks that come with running a firm.

Taylor’s admitted jurisdictions include the Second Circuit, and his courtroom work reflects that. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and he regularly handles matters that arise in federal and state settings within that geographic area. His practice records show a steady engagement with appellate filings and proceedings, as well as trial-level matters brought in New York courts.

Colleagues describe Taylor as methodical in preparing briefs and hearings. He favors clear, direct argument and practical case management. Those traits show up in how his office organizes files, prepares witnesses, and schedules court appearances. The firm’s caseload includes contested matters that require close attention to procedural rules and tight deadlines.

Outside of his courtroom work, Taylor has maintained his ties to the local bar. That participation keeps him current on changing rules and offers access to continuing legal education. It also gives him a regular forum to discuss emerging case law with peers.

As of 2026 Taylor continues to lead Beau Taylor Law, PLLC. He concentrates his practice on litigation and appellate matters in the Second Circuit and on related proceedings in New York courts.
