About Bart
Bart Siniard began his legal career after completing law school in Alabama. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2010 following a B.A. from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 2009. Those years in Tuscaloosa set the stage for a practice rooted in the state courts and the federal courts that serve Alabama.
After law school, Siniard entered private practice and became a member of the Alabama State Bar in 2013. He joined Siniard, Timberlake & League, P.C. as a lawyer that year and remained connected to the Madison County legal community through bar activities and local professional groups. His admission covers the State of Alabama as well as the Northern District of Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit, allowing him to handle matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
In 2022 he took the next step in his career by founding Siniard Law, LLC, where he serves as a partner and lawyer. The move represented a transition from an associate role at a regional firm to running a smaller, independent practice. He has maintained a steady presence in Huntsville’s legal circles while building his own practice and managing the day-to-day responsibilities that come with running a firm.
Siniard’s professional activity extends beyond courtroom work. He has served on the Huntsville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Board and held the secretary position beginning in 2015. He was treasurer of the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association from 2018 to 2019 and has been involved with the Huntsville Committee of 100 – Young Professionals Group since 2016. His memberships also include the American Association for Justice and the Alabama State Bar. In recognition of his standing among peers early in his career, he was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Colleagues describe Siniard as methodical and accessible. He balances practice management with bar service and local civic involvement. He continues to live and work in Huntsville. He currently practices at Siniard Law, LLC, concentrating his work on the kinds of matters he has handled throughout his career.
