About Bart
Bart Kaspero brings a mix of legal training and technical know-how to his work. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Irvine in 2001. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2005. Along the way he also completed a certification in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Technology at UC Irvine.
After law school, Kaspero moved into private practice. He established Bart Kaspero Law in 2008 and has served as its principal. The firm grew out of a small litigation practice into an office that handles client matters across California. In 2016 he founded RecordFixer.com, a separate enterprise aimed at addressing public record issues. In 2018 he joined SKT Law PC as a lawyer, adding experience in a different firm environment.
Kaspero is a member of several professional groups in Orange County and beyond. He has held membership in the Orange County Bar Association since 2008 and in the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association since 2010. He is also listed as a member of the National Consumer Law Center beginning in 2016. Those affiliations signal an interest in trial work and consumer-related legal issues.
His background blends traditional legal practice with technical training. The business intelligence certification is not a typical supplement to a law degree. It gives him a grounding in data systems and record management, which can be useful in matters that involve document review, public records and data analysis. Over time he has combined that knowledge with courtroom experience.
Colleagues describe Kaspero as a practitioner who moves between running his own firm and collaborating inside larger practices. He has taken on roles that require both client-facing work and administrative oversight. Founding a website-centered service in 2016 expanded his day-to-day responsibilities beyond case law into operational and online service delivery.
He is licensed to practice in California and has spent most of his career working in Orange County. His practice history shows steady involvement in local bar groups and trial lawyer organizations. He maintains an office under the Bart Kaspero Law name where he manages client matters and case strategy.
Kaspero currently practices at Bart Kaspero Law, handling litigation and consumer-related matters in California.
