About Barry Lee
Barry L. Frager is the managing partner of The Frager Law Firm, P.C., located in Memphis, Tennessee. Since 1990, he has dedicated his career to immigration law, leveraging experience that includes serving as a trial attorney for the Immigration & Naturalization Service in Los Angeles, California. This role was part of the Honors Law Graduate Program of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he gained invaluable insights into the details of immigration cases. Mr. Frager earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1989.
Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Missouri in 1984. Following his graduation from law school, he was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1990, the District of Columbia Bar in 1991, and the Arkansas Bar in 2012. In 1994, he returned to his hometown of Memphis to establish his own immigration and general law firm, which has since become a reputable name in the community. In 2003, The Frager Law Firm expanded its reach by opening a second office in Nashville, Tennessee. This growth reflects Mr. Frager’s commitment to serving a broader clientele and addressing the diverse immigration needs of individuals and families throughout the state. The firm specializes in various immigration matters, including family immigration, marriage petitions, and sponsorship of immediate relatives.

He served as the national chair of its Immigration Law Section from 2005 to 2011. His leadership and dedication were recognized in September 2007 when he received the Outstanding Section Chair award from the FBA.
