About Barry Jorey
Barry Jorey Herrscher graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2012. He completed his legal education in Houston and moved into practice in Texas shortly afterward. The law school training provided a foundation in courtroom procedure and legal research, and set the stage for the early years of his career.
He entered the Texas legal community in the years that followed, taking on roles that exposed him to both litigation and transactional matters. Colleagues from that period recall a steady progression from associate-level responsibilities to more independent client work. By the mid-2010s he was handling a range of matters for individuals and small businesses, building practical experience in court filings, client counseling and negotiation.
In 2019 he became principal of The Herrscher Law Office PLLC. That move formalized a practice structure in which he directs case strategy and manages the firm’s operations. As principal he oversees client intake and legal planning. He also handles filings and appearances that require an attorney’s direct involvement.
Herrscher has been active in professional circles since at least 2013. He has maintained memberships in local legal organizations and takes part in continuing legal education to keep current on procedural and substantive changes in Texas law. Those activities connect him with peers and provide a regular forum for the practical exchange of ideas about litigation tactics and case management.
The Herrscher Law Office PLLC lists its office under his leadership. The firm serves clients in matters that arise in Texas courts and administrative settings. His approach balances courtroom readiness with efforts to resolve disputes where appropriate. He is known in his office for handling the administrative side of running a small firm, while also taking responsibility for client-facing tasks that require legal judgment.
He has practiced continuously in Texas since completing law school and establishing his office. The combination of solo-firm leadership and hands-on client work shapes the day-to-day operations of his practice. He currently practices at The Herrscher Law Office PLLC and serves clients across Texas.
