About Ayesha

Ayesha Chidolue graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2005 after beginning her legal studies in 2002. Her time at GW introduced her to the procedural and substantive work that would shape her early career. She left law school in the mid-2000s prepared for courtroom practice and the daily work of a small-firm lawyer.

She was admitted to the New York bar in 2006 and maintained that license while developing her practice. A decade later she secured licensure in Florida, in 2016. That same year she took on the role of managing lawyer at The Chidolue Law Office. The move marked a shift from being a licensed New York attorney to overseeing operations in a firm that handles matters across state lines.

As managing lawyer she oversees the office’s daily operations and client intake. She handles litigation logistics, supervises case preparation, and coordinates filings in the jurisdictions where the firm is authorized to practice. Colleagues and clients have relied on her to manage multiple matters at once, keeping procedural deadlines and court requirements on track. The title reflects administrative responsibility as well as case-handling duties.

Her practice spans work that requires familiarity with the procedural differences between New York and Florida courts. That dual-licensure allows her to advise on jurisdictional issues and to bring cases in the state courts where she is authorized. She is a member of the New York State Bar and remains an active licensed lawyer in Florida, a status she has held since 2016. These credentials enable her to accept clients whose matters touch both states’ legal systems.

The Chidolue Law Office lists a main office through which she conducts her work. From that base she manages client communications, negotiates where appropriate, and prepares matters for litigation when necessary. Her role is practical and administrative as much as it is legal. She balances courtroom preparation with firm management tasks.

Colleagues describe her as organized and detail-oriented in handling procedural requirements. She continues to practice from The Chidolue Law Office’s main office, serving clients in matters arising in Florida and New York.
