About Avi
Avi Goldenberg built a legal path that moves between in-house roles and advisory work. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania and then continued at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Those Ivy League credentials set the stage for a career spent inside companies as well as in advisory positions.
After law school Goldenberg took on roles that combined legal work and business judgment. In 2013 he was a principal at Verto Advisors LLC. A year later he became general counsel at C+A Global, where he handled company legal matters. In 2021 he accepted the general counsel role at June Homes, serving as the senior legal officer for a growing housing and technology company. In 2023 he moved to Manifest Law as a principal lawyer, returning to a practice setting where he manages a range of client matters.
Goldenberg is admitted to the New York bar. His career has centered on positions that require both transactional skill and an ability to manage legal operations. Over time he has worked on contracts, corporate governance issues and compliance matters that accompany growth and change in private companies.
