About Austin P.
Austin P. Campbell built his academic foundation at Emory University, where he studied political science and economics. He went on to earn his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2016. Those years shaped his interest in courtroom practice and public service.
His early legal work began in 2014 with internships that gave him exposure to both state and federal courtrooms. He spent time at Davidson County Criminal Court and at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. In the summer of 2015 he served as a summer law clerk at the Tennessee Lawyer General's Office, and in 2016 he interned at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
After law school he moved into practice. Records show he took on the title of lawyer at Rob Wiley, P.C. in 2016. That same year included practical courtroom experience from his federal court internship. His path from clerkships to a firm role reflects a steady transition into litigation and client representation.
Campbell holds licenses to practice in Tennessee and Texas and is admitted to two federal districts: the Northern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas. He participates in legal communities that focus on employment issues; his memberships include the Texas Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He is also a member of both the State Bar of Tennessee and the State Bar of Texas.
Those memberships signal the professional circles in which he operates. They connect him to trial practice, employment disputes, and related state and federal proceedings. He has experience across trial settings and has handled matters that require appearances in different jurisdictions. His background includes both public-sector internships and private practice, which gives him a breadth of courtroom perspective.
Today he practices at Rob Wiley, P.C., where he continues to represent clients in matters that arise under Tennessee and Texas law and in the federal districts where he is admitted. He remains active in bar and employment-law organizations and maintains a practice centered on litigation and courtroom advocacy.
