About Aundrea L
Aundrea L Roberts earned her law degree from Regent University School of Law in 2001 after completing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Faulkner University the same year. She finished law school at a time when federal and state practice were changing rapidly. Early training on procedural and evidentiary issues shaped the pragmatic approach she uses in court today.
She has served as the managing lawyer at the Law Office of Aundrea L. Roberts, LLC since 2007. That role put her in charge of case strategy, client intake and courtroom preparation. Over the years she has handled matters that required appearances in both state and federal forums, building familiarity with multi-jurisdictional filings and the logistics of federal practice.
Her admissions include the State Bars of Georgia and Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts, and the United States Tax Court. She became a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 2007 and joined the State Bar of Texas in 2019. Local bar membership in Dallas and continued ties to Georgia bar groups reflect a practice that spans both states.
Professional associations have been a steady part of her career. She maintains memberships in the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Texas and Georgia chapters, the J.L. Turner Legal Association, the Dallas Women Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association and other local groups. Those memberships offer regular opportunities to stay current on procedural developments and to network with other practitioners.
Her courtroom work includes federal district court practice in multiple districts and appellate work at the Eleventh Circuit level. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Those credentials have led to matters that require familiarity with federal evidentiary rules, motions practice and the scheduling demands of trial and appellate dockets.
Colleagues describe her approach as practical and procedural; she balances court requirements with client deadlines and works to keep cases moving. She splits her time between offices in Texas and Georgia and handles filings and appearances in both states as well as in the federal courts and the Tax Court listed among her admissions. Her current practice focuses on matters filed in Georgia and Texas and in the federal courts and tribunals where she is admitted.
