About Aubrey
Aubrey Noonan earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013. She completed a curriculum that combined doctrinal courses with research and writing, finishing law school at a moment when the Texas legal market was shifting and new lawyers were adapting to changing client expectations.
After graduation Noonan entered private practice. She is an attorney at Mills & Williams, LLP, where she has worked on matters that require careful legal analysis and practical problem solving. Her time at the firm has included courtroom appearances, negotiation sessions, and drafting pleadings and agreements. She handles client intake and case strategy alongside more senior lawyers, and she has taken responsibility for managing files from initial investigation through resolution.
Noonan is a current member of the State Bar of Texas. That membership enables her to represent clients in state courts and to advise on matters governed by Texas law. She maintains active standing and participates in professional activities required by the bar to stay current on rules and practice standards.
Her day-to-day work covers both dispute resolution and transactional tasks. She spends time researching statutory and case law, preparing motions, and counseling clients about procedural choices. When cases move toward settlement, she drafts agreements and coordinates the logistics necessary to finalize deals. In court, she argues motions and presents evidence, and in negotiations she works to clarify clients’ objectives and limits.
Colleagues and clients note that she approaches problems methodically. She breaks complex issues into discrete questions and lays out options in plain terms. Her communication style emphasizes clarity; she aims to keep clients informed about what the law requires and what the practical consequences may be.
Beyond casework, Noonan attends continuing legal education and other professional programs to maintain her knowledge of evolving practice areas and procedural developments. She balances firm responsibilities with those learning opportunities, applying new rules and decisions as they arise in daily practice.
She practices law at Mills & Williams, LLP, where her current practice centers on serving clients in matters arising under Texas law.
