About Aubrey Claudius
Aubrey Claudius Galloway moved from a political science undergraduate degree into a deliberate course of legal training that emphasized litigation and health care law. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College in 2006. He then attended Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, completing a J.D. in 2010 after concentrating on litigation. In 2013 he completed coursework in the Law of Patient Care at Seton Hall University School of Law, adding formal training in health law to his credentials.
Galloway's early legal work came in clinical and public service settings. In 2007 he served as a student lawyer with The Post Conviction Project. The following year he worked as a law student lawyer licensed to practice through the Second Department at the District Attorney’s Office of Westchester County. Those placements put him in courtrooms and case files early in his training and shaped an approach grounded in courtroom procedure and post-conviction issues.
After law school, Galloway joined Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein and Deutsh LLP as an associate in 2010. That position marked his entry into private practice and civil litigation. Years later he took on a role in public health oversight, serving in 2021 as a case investigator for the New York State Department of Health. That public-sector experience broadened his exposure to administrative investigations and regulatory review.
Galloway now operates his own practice. He is listed as owner of the Law Office of Aubrey C. Galloway, Esq., and his office record also references the Law Offices of Aubrey C. Galloway III, Esq., P.C. His work spans individual client representation and matters that intersect with health care regulation and administrative procedure. He handles litigation tasks and the investigations that often precede or accompany enforcement actions.
He is admitted to practice in the United States Federal Circuit, the First and Second Circuits, and in New York. In 2013 he completed a certified course in the Law of Patient Care at Seton Hall, reflecting ongoing study of health care legal issues. He maintains professional memberships dating back to 2007 and, since 2024, holds licensure as an insurance agent for life, accident and health products.
Galloway draws on courtroom experience, administrative investigation work and health law training in his private practice. He currently represents clients in civil litigation, health law matters and administrative investigations in New York.
