Ashley Twombley practices personal injury law in Beaufort, South Carolina. She joined the South Carolina State Bar in 2004 and is also admitted to practice in Georgia. She earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina - Columbia in 2003, following her undergraduate studies at Clemson University, where she received a B.A. in History and Religion in 1995.

During law school, she worked as a summer associate and worked as a research assistant for Dean John E. Montgomery, contributing to her strong foundation in legal research and writing. Most of her practice involves representing clients in personal injury claims, including automobile accidents and premises liability cases. She also provides legal counsel for business law issues, helping clients navigate contracts and disputes. In addition, Ashley assists families with probate matters, ensuring that estates are settled in accordance with the law. Before establishing her own practice, she worked as an associate attorney, where she developed her skills in litigation and client representation.

Her commitment to her clients is evident in her thorough approach to each case, ensuring that all aspects are addressed from initial consultation through resolution. Cases often involve negotiations, court appearances, and, when necessary, appeals. Ashley is actively involved in several professional organizations. She is a member of the American Association of Justice and the South Carolina Association for Justice, advocating for the rights of individuals injured due to negligence. Additionally, she is a member of the American Bar Association and the Georgia State Bar. Her community involvement extends to her role as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the United Way of the Lowcountry, where she works to improve the lives of residents in her area.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys volunteering for Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities, where she previously served as Past Chairman of the Board of Directors. Her dedication to both her clients and the community supports her justice and advocacy.
