About Ashley Dianna

Ashley Dianna Rahill earned her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2011. She completed her legal education in a program known for its emphasis on state law and courtroom practice. That training laid the groundwork for a career practiced solely within Oklahoma.

After law school, Rahill built her practice in the state where she is licensed. She is admitted to the Oklahoma bar and has worked with clients across a range of matters arising under state law. Over time she has handled courtroom appearances, client counseling, and the preparation of legal filings, learning the local rules and procedures that govern litigation and transactional work in Oklahoma courts.

Her approach to cases is practical. She evaluates legal questions against the realities clients face and aims for solutions that resolve disputes efficiently. In hearings and negotiations she pays attention to procedural detail and to the cadence of state practice. That attention to process helps when deadlines are tight or when opposing parties raise complex evidentiary or jurisdictional issues.

Rahill’s work has required clear legal writing and steady advocacy. She prepares motions and briefs intended to make the factual record plain. She also advises clients on compliance issues that arise from state statutes and regulations. Colleagues say she is methodical in building files and in tracking court calendars, and she prioritizes producing accurate, readable documents for judges and for clients.

She maintains an office at 7100 N. Classen Blvd., Suite 330. From that base she represents individuals and organizations in matters governed by Oklahoma law, appears in state courts, and meets with clients in person and by telephone. Her practice combines courtroom work with counseling, and she adapts her strategy to the needs of each case.

As of 2026 Rahill continues to practice law in Oklahoma, handling state-law matters and representing clients in proceedings before Oklahoma courts and agencies.
