About Ashleigh
Ashleigh Beer-Vineyard built her academic foundation at Siena College, where she earned a B.A. in political science in 2013. She went on to pursue a law degree at Lincoln Memorial University’s John J. Duncan, Jr. School of Law, completing her J.D. in 2017. Those years established the legal framework she uses in practice today.
Her time at law school coincided with a period of growth in Tennessee’s legal community. Coursework ranged across core subjects that lawyers rely on every day: civil procedure, constitutional law, evidence and statutory interpretation. She emerged from law school prepared to enter the bar and begin practicing in the state where she trained.
After graduating, she began her professional career in Tennessee. She is admitted to practice in the state and maintains membership in the State Bar of Tennessee. Early practice often demands adapting quickly to court procedures and client needs. She learned to manage filings, attend hearings and advise clients on practical next steps.
Beer-Vineyard keeps current with continuing legal education and the professional obligations that come with bar membership. She stays involved in the state bar’s offerings and maintains the licensure requirements it sets. That ongoing work supports her day-to-day practice and informs how she approaches the mechanics of cases and transactions she handles.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in handling matters that arise in Tennessee courts and administrative forums. She approaches each file with attention to detail and works through legal questions step by step. She balances courtroom procedures with client communication and document preparation.
Her current work is based in Tennessee. She handles matters that arise under state law and appears before local tribunals as required. Her current practice addresses issues that turn on Tennessee statutes, regulations and court rules.
