About Arturo
Arturo Trafny trained in two Midwestern schools and entered practice after completing his law degree in 2018. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Before that he completed a Bachelor of Arts at Wayne State University in 2014. Those years in Detroit and Chicago shaped his approach to practice. They also placed him in regions where healthcare law and regulatory matters are prominent.
His early legal work included a 2016 clerkship at the Law Offices of Dennis M. Forman. That role gave him hands-on experience in client work and file management while he was still in law school. After passing the bar and moving into practice, he joined The Health Law Partners, P.C. as an associate. He has remained with the firm through the next stage of his career.
Trafny is licensed to practice in Michigan and holds an active membership in the State Bar of Michigan. He appears in matters that arise under Michigan law and works with the procedural and statutory frameworks that govern healthcare entities in the state. His background places him among attorneys who handle matters tied to health law, and he brings the practical training of a clerkship into his day-to-day work as an associate.
At The Health Law Partners, P.C., he takes on assignments typical for associates in a specialized practice. He drafts documents, prepares memoranda, and supports client counseling and transactional work. He also assists with regulatory research and client communications when matters implicate state rules and administrative processes. Outside the office his legal education continues to inform his perspective. The combination of a Wayne State undergraduate degree and the Chicago-Kent law program gave him exposure to both local and broader legal issues. He currently practices as an associate at The Health Law Partners, P.C., handling health law matters for clients in Michigan.
