Arthur Aaronson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1975. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Aaronson is a member of Aaronson & Aaronson, a law firm located at 16133 Ventura Blvd, Suite 675, Encino, CA 91436. He has been practicing law for over 50 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Aaronson earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he graduated in 1975. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude in 1971. During his time at USC Gould, he was a member of the Law Review and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.
Mr. Aaronson concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, family law, estate planning, and tax law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business contracts, corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, partnership disputes, divorce, child custody, estate administration, and tax planning. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Aaronson has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Tax Court. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Aaronson is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Aaronson is fluent in English and Italian, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
