Arpineh Yeremian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Yeremian is a partner at Wesierski & Zurek LLP, a law firm located in Pasadena, California. She has been practicing law for over 19 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Ms. Yeremian earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where she graduated in 2006. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at California State University, Northridge, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2003. During her time at Southwestern, she was the recipient of the Paul J. Wildman Scholarship and served as the President of the Armenian Law Student Association.
Ms. Yeremian concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving automobile liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, legal malpractice, products liability, and government tort liability. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case management, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Yeremian has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She began her legal career at Wesierski & Zurek in 2007 and remained with the firm until 2017. In 2017, she joined a boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm, where she specialized in medical malpractice, sexual assault, professional malpractice, and general civil litigation. In 2022, she returned to Wesierski & Zurek as a partner, focusing on defending clients in various litigation matters.
Ms. Yeremian is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Armenian Bar Association, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. She is fluent in Armenian and strives to maintain a work-life balance to enjoy time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
