About Arianna
Arianna Atkins entered law school after a liberal arts undergraduate education that combined political science and international studies. She earned her J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2010, following a B.A. from Ohio State University in 2007. Her academic path set a straightforward course toward practice in Ohio.
Her practical legal experience began while she was still in law school. In 2008 she worked as a legal intern at the Domestic Violence Clinic at the University of Toledo, where she assisted on intake and client advocacy under supervising attorneys. The next year she served as a law clerk at Williams, DeClark, Tuschman Co., LPA, gaining courtroom exposure and hands-on experience with pleadings and case preparation.
After passing through those early training roles, Atkins moved into private practice. By 2012 she was listed as a lawyer at Atkins and Atkins, Lawyers at Law, LLC. Her association with that firm has been a defining feature of her professional life. She has maintained ties to the local bar and the wider state legal community through memberships that date back to the start of her career.
