About Aria

Aria Pham earned her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 2013. She entered the bar of civil practice at a time when courts and insurance systems were changing rapidly. The degree provided the foundation for a practice oriented around client advocacy and case preparation.

Early in her career she concentrated on personal injury matters. Over the years she handled a mix of pre-litigation negotiations and courtroom work. She learned to move cases through the claims process and, when necessary, to prepare them for trial. That practical grounding shaped the way she approaches new matters: methodical, detail-minded, and oriented toward results that serve clients’ needs.

Her work covers a range of injury claims. She represents people injured in motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, workplace injuries and other accidents that leave clients facing medical bills and lost income. She handles liability investigations, gathers medical and employment records, and consults with experts when technical questions arise. She works on claims from intake through resolution, balancing negotiation with preparation for litigation.

In court, she has experience drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions. She also spends substantial time negotiating settlements and managing communications with insurers. Her day-to-day practice involves preparing legal strategies, meeting with clients, and coordinating with healthcare providers and experts so cases move forward on evidence rather than conjecture.

Colleagues describe her as steady under pressure. Clients describe the value they place on clear explanations and timely updates. She emphasizes practical steps clients can take to protect their claims, such as preserving medical documentation and documenting lost wages. She also places importance on cost awareness and on setting realistic expectations about timelines and possible outcomes.

She is currently an attorney at TSR Injury Law, where she represents people injured through others’ negligence. Her practice in 2026 remains focused on personal injury matters and on guiding clients through both settlement talks and litigation when a court appearance becomes necessary.
