About Arash
Arash Yasrebi earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law after completing an undergraduate degree in accounting at California State University, Northridge. He combined legal training with a background in numbers, an education that informs the way he approaches client matters. Those two institutions provided a foundation in both law and financial analysis.
He practices under the name Yasrebi Law. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. That dual admission allows him to handle matters in state courts and to represent clients in federal appellate proceedings. Over time he has built a practice that operates out of multiple offices, including an Oakland location, managing cases that require appearances at different levels of the judiciary.
Yasrebi’s accounting degree often figures into his legal work. It gives him a familiar framework for reviewing financial records, contracts and business filings. He regularly uses that background when preparing pleadings, assessing damages and taking discovery on financial issues. He has experience preparing briefs and filings for court, and he appears in proceedings that demand careful attention to numeric detail as well as legal analysis.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in the way he organizes case materials. He tends to approach problems step by step. That methodical approach is useful in litigation and in appellate matters where the record and the finer points of procedure can be decisive. He maintains a practice that handles litigation across state and federal venues that he is authorized to serve in.
Yasrebi Law maintains several offices to serve clients in different locations, and the Oakland office is one of the named locations. He works from those offices to coordinate filings, hearings and client meetings. His practice pattern reflects a blend of courtroom work, brief-writing and client counseling. He is active in professional circles and holds membership in at least one legal organization.
He currently practices through Yasrebi Law, representing clients in California state courts and in proceedings before the Ninth Circuit.
