About Antonio
Antonio Garguile earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Washington in 2007 and a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2011. His academic path began in 2003 at the University of Washington and continued through law school in Spokane, where he completed his degree in 2011. Those years shaped his approach to legal problems and gave him grounding in both analytical reasoning and courtroom procedure.
He entered practice as an associate at the Law Offices of Barbara Bowden in 2012. That early experience put him on trial dockets and in negotiations, handling matters that involved driving-related offenses and other state-level charges. The work at the Bowden office provided a practical foundation in client counseling, evidence review and plea discussions.
In 2017 he launched Garguile Law. Since then he has maintained a practice focused on driving and traffic matters. The firm name later came to be presented as Garguile DUI & Traffic Lawyers, under which he maintains offices. Over the years he has moved between client consultations, court appearances and administrative hearings in Washington.
Garguile’s day-to-day work covers a range of traffic-related legal issues. He handles cases that include traffic infractions, license suspensions, and impaired-driving charges. He represents clients at arraignments, hearings and trials, and he works on remedies such as mitigation and administrative relief when those options apply. He also deals with the paperwork and statutory deadlines that often determine whether a case can be resolved before trial.
Colleagues and clients note that his practice is practical and detail-oriented. He spends time reviewing police reports, evidence and any available video. He discusses options with clients and explains risks in plain language. He is active in Washington courts and administrative forums where driving privileges and criminal records are at stake.
Outside the courtroom he maintains ties to local legal circles and to the continuing education that criminal and traffic defense work requires. He has continued training on evolving standards for field sobriety testing and other forensic topics relevant to impaired-driving defense.
He is licensed to practice in Washington and maintains offices under the Garguile DUI & Traffic Lawyers name. He practices in Washington handling DUI and traffic cases.
