About Antonio G. Revilla
Antonio G. Revilla III trained in two Southern law schools. He earned a B.A. in International Relations from Tulane University in 1985, then took his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in 1989. Those formative years set the stage for a practice centered on federal and immigration work.
He began his legal career in the years after law school and built experience that led to a partnership at R&G, P.A. in 2003. That role placed him in the middle of transactional and immigration matters handled in South Florida. Six years later he launched his own firm. In 2009 he founded Revilla Law Office, P.A., where he has operated as principal since.
Revilla is admitted to practice in Florida and holds appellate admissions in multiple federal circuits. He is authorized to appear before the D.C. Circuit, the 11th Circuit and the 9th Circuit. His Florida Bar membership is recorded in good standing beginning in 1992. He also maintains membership in the Dade County Bar Association.
Professional associations have been an ongoing part of his career. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has an active role in its South Florida Chapter. He has served as President of the AILA South Florida Chapter since 2013. That post has kept him connected to developments in immigration policy and practice in the region.
His practice has centered on immigration law and federal litigation connected to immigration matters. Casework has required familiarity with administrative processes, federal appellate procedures and client counseling across several immigration contexts. He has represented individuals and businesses in filings, administrative appeals and court proceedings that require coordination across state and federal forums.
Colleagues and clients have encountered a lawyer who works regularly in federal court and administrative agencies. He balances paperwork-heavy immigration filings with courtroom and appellate work when cases advance. His prior partnership experience and years running a small firm inform how he manages cases and client relationships.
He currently heads Revilla Law Office, P.A., overseeing its practice and continuing to appear in federal courts and before immigration agencies. He concentrates his current practice on immigration law and related federal matters.
