Mr. Rifici limits his exercise to the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate matters, which consist of: making ready Wills, Trusts, Powers of Lawyer, Deeds, Asset Protection Trusts, and related planning files; advising customers on efficaciously transferring family wealth to younger generations; administration of Probate Estates, Guardianship Estates, and various kinds of Trusts; and, Probate Court litigation of contested Wills, Trusts, and related subjects.
