Anthony Lee Osborn is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the states of California, Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001, the Iowa State Bar in 2008, the Nebraska State Bar in 2009, and the South Dakota State Bar in 2010. Mr. Osborn earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2001. During his time at Iowa Law, he was a member of the Iowa Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Iowa, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1998. He was recognized on the Dean's List and participated in the Honors Program during his undergraduate studies.

He has represented clients in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, the District of Nebraska, and the District of South Dakota, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Throughout his career, Mr. Osborn has been actively involved in professional organizations. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association's Construction Law Section Council and serves as an editor for the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry. Additionally, he is a member of the Woodbury County Bar Association's Courts Committee. In the community, Mr. Osborn serves as the Vice President of the Sioux City Symphony Board of Directors and is on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Siouxland. He is also a member of the Greater Siouxland Homebuilders Association and the Home Builders Association of Iowa.
