He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association's Construction Law Section Council and serves as an editor for the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry. Additionally, he is a member of the Woodbury County Bar Association's Courts Committee. In the community, Mr. Osborn serves as the Vice President of the Sioux City Symphony Board of Directors and is on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Siouxland. He is also a member of the Greater Siouxland Homebuilders Association and the Home Builders Association of Iowa.
