About Anthony J. Pantuso

Anthony J. Pantuso III trained first as a musician and then as a lawyer. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Rhodes College, class of 1986, and went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1992. Those academic years set the stage for a career that combined attention to detail with courtroom work.

After law school he established his practice in Connecticut. He has been a member of the Connecticut Bar Association since 1992 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Over the years he has moved between solo practice and collaborative roles, gaining experience both running a firm and serving alongside other employment attorneys.

Pantuso opened Pantuso Law Office, LLC in 2007 and later served of counsel at Hayber Law Office, LLC beginning in 2014. In 2017 he began operating under the Law Offices of Anthony J. Pantuso, III. Those steps reflect a steady evolution from sole practitioner to a practice model that combines individual counsel with connections to larger employment law networks.

He is active in professional organizations that center on workplace law. He has belonged to the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association since 2007. These memberships align with his litigation calendar and the kinds of cases he brings to court. He also maintains long-standing ties to the Connecticut Bar Association, where he has been a member since 1992.

Pantuso’s courtroom work is concentrated in employment-related litigation before state and federal tribunals. He handles matters in Connecticut and has litigated in the Second Circuit. Clients have encountered him in cases that require motion practice, hearings and appeals. He is comfortable in both trial settings and appellate briefing, and he applies a practical orientation to case development and resolution.

He runs a small firm that handles contested employment matters and litigation linked to the workplace. His practice model tends to emphasize direct client contact, case strategy discussions and active representation through every stage of litigation. He maintains office operations under the Law Offices of Anthony J. Pantuso, III and continues to accept employment law cases in Connecticut and federal courts.
