About Anthony Elio
Anthony Elio Forte earned his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2004 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Advertising at the University of Florida in 2001. He went to law school following an undergraduate path that combined communication and strategy. The sequence of degrees framed a legal outlook attentive to both detail and client communication. He was admitted to The Florida Bar the year he graduated and has maintained membership since.
Forte moved into practice in Florida and began handling matters that intersect law and workplace injury. He worked in Fort Lauderdale as a workers’ compensation lawyer in 2016 for The Gallagher Law Group, P.A. That period solidified his experience in representing injured workers, advising them on claims, benefits and administrative procedures before the state system. He has handled hearings, prepared medical-substantiation for claims and worked through settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
He keeps active ties to the legal community in the region. Forte holds memberships in The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. Those affiliations reflect ongoing engagement with professional peers and local business networks. His practice is based in Florida and his bar standing is current.
Colleagues describe his courtroom work as methodical and his intake approach as straightforward. He places emphasis on clear communication with injured workers and on parsing medical and wage information to support claims. He has worked across the procedural stages typical of Florida workers’ compensation law, including claim filing, defense responses and adjudicatory hearings. The work often involves coordinating with medical providers, vocational experts and claims examiners to present a full picture for an injured worker’s needs.
Forte’s background in advertising and legal training combine in a practice that underscores client explanation and case organization. He continues to practice at The Gallagher Law Group, P.A., where his work centers on workers’ compensation matters in Florida.
