About Anthony Armando
Anthony Armando Nozzolillo trained first as an accountant and then turned to law. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany before completing his J.D. at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He is admitted to practice in New York and has combined financial and legal training throughout his career.
He launched the Law Office of Anthony A. Nozzolillo, P.C. as a sole proprietor and lead counsel in 2004. That step established a private practice handling transactional and governance matters for property owners and residential associations. Over time he added roles in other firms and organizations while maintaining ties to his own practice.
In 2011 he worked as a supervising lawyer at The Law Offices of Jonathan Peldman, P.C. He later served as of counsel at Turturro Law, P.C. in 2014. In 2016 he accepted the position of Chief Legal Counsel at On Point Land Services Corporation. Those positions reflect a blend of in‑house and firm-side experience.
Nozzolillo holds several professional credentials outside the bar. He is a New York State licensed real estate broker and a New York State notary public. He also holds memberships in professional groups including the American Association of Notaries and the American Bar Association. He is listed as an affiliate member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and the New York State Association of Mortgage Brokers.
He has advised cooperative and condominium entities. He serves as counsel to the 70-80 Gibson Boulevard Cooperative and has been president of the board of directors at The Meridian Condominium since 2016. Those leadership roles involve contract review, governance questions and routine legal work for common-interest communities.
His work spans real estate transactions, cooperative and condominium governance, mortgage-related matters and licensing concerns tied to property services. He combines his accounting background with transactional practice to address document drafting, closings and board-level legal questions.
Today he practices in New York, combining his experience in private practice, firm affiliations and in-house counsel work into a practice that centers on real estate, cooperative and condominium law and related licensing matters.
