About Anna G.

Anna G. Bolden began her path in law after completing a psychology degree at the University of Georgia in 2002. She stayed in Athens for law school and earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005. The combination of social science training and legal education shaped a methodical approach to casework. She learned to weigh facts and procedure side by side, and to treat courtroom strategy as careful problem solving rather than spectacle.

Her early career included active participation in local bar groups. She served as president of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit Bar Association during 2008–09, a role that put her in contact with judges, prosecutors and fellow defense lawyers. Since 2011 she has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia Investigative Panel, a position that involves review and deliberation on professional conduct matters. Her professional memberships also include the Western Judicial Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Those associations reflect the kinds of work she has pursued. Much of her practice has involved criminal defense at both the trial and appellate levels. She handles routine matters and contested cases, often in circuit and superior courts across Georgia. In addition to courtroom work, her role on the investigative panel has meant regular exposure to issues of ethics and professional responsibility. That experience informs both how she prepares cases and how she advises other lawyers and clients about the practical risks of litigation and licensing concerns.

Anna has practiced at Daniels & Rothman, P.C. for several years. There she splits time between client representation and serving on committees and panels that address procedural and ethical questions. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic and direct in court, preferring clear argument and focused cross-examination over flourish. Outside the courtroom she is involved in continuing legal education programs through local associations and contributes to peer discussions about trial practice and disciplinary procedures.

Her combined experience in criminal defense and in matters touching on lawyer conduct gives her a distinct perspective on litigation strategy and case management. She maintains an active practice at Daniels & Rothman, P.C., handling criminal defense and professional responsibility matters in Georgia.
