About Anna

Anna Blood began her legal path in classrooms and courthouse corridors. She earned a B.A. in International Studies from Saint Leo College and went on to receive her J.D. from Charlotte School of Law. Those years combined classroom study with early, practical exposure to the workings of local government and the demands of client work.

Her first notable placement was an internship at the Union County District Lawyer's Office in 2015. That role put her inside a busy local office during her law school years. She moved into private practice the following year, joining the Austin Law Office as an associate in 2016. The experience at a small firm exposed her to case management and the day-to-day realities of representing clients in state matters.

In 2017 she launched her own practice under the name Blood Law. Setting up a practice so early in her career required attention to both legal detail and the operational tasks that keep a firm running. Records show she has operated under the Blood Law name and later organized the practice as Blood Law PLLC. She maintains her professional standing in North Carolina, the jurisdiction where she is licensed to practice.

Her trajectory reflects a mix of public-sector exposure and private-sector practice. Time in a district office introduced her to courtroom procedure and prosecutorial perspectives. Work as an associate brought case intake, client counseling, and document preparation to the fore. Over successive roles she settled into handling matters arising in state courts and advising individual clients on practical next steps.

Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She tends to build a file carefully and move cases forward with attention to deadlines. That temperament fit the operational demands of a small firm and later informed how she structured her own practice. Outside the office she holds at least one professional membership.

Today she is the principal at Blood Law PLLC in North Carolina. She continues to work in the state where she began her career and draws on her early public-office experience and her time as an associate to guide client work. She now operates Blood Law PLLC in North Carolina, where she focuses her practice on matters in the state court system.
