About Ann Bell
Ann Bell Wilson is a seasoned real estate attorney based in San Luis Obispo, California. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1982. In 2022, she joined Carmel & Naccasha LLP as a partner, continuing her focus on real estate law. The firm, located at 694 Santa Rosa Street, offers a range of legal services, including real estate transactions, partition actions, and easement disputes. Before her tenure at Carmel & Naccasha, Ann spent over 30 years as a partner at Wilson & Wilson, a firm she co-founded.
During this period, she developed a reputation for handling complex real estate matters, such as title disputes and boundary issues. Her experience has made her a trusted advisor for individuals, homeowner associations, and common interest developments throughout San Luis Obispo County. Ann earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, in 1979. She then pursued her Juris Doctor at Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating in 1982. In addition to her legal practice, Ann has been actively involved in various professional organizations. She served as the President of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association in 1999 and was the Vice-President in 1998. She also held the position of President of the Women Lawyers Association of San Luis Obispo County in 1994. She has served as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem and was a member of the Community Focused Court Planning Committee. From 2007 to 2019, she coached the San Luis Obispo High School Mock Trial team, earning the California Mock Trial Adult Advocate of the Year award in 2019. Outside of her professional and community commitments, Ann enjoys hiking with her husband and their dog, Lottie, and spending time with her two adult children, Tyler and Alexandra.
