About Anita McNulty
Anita McNulty Parker built a legal path that began at the University of Florida. She completed undergraduate studies there, earning a Bachelor of Science in 2012, and later pursued legal studies at the same institution. Those formative years in Gainesville shaped how she approaches the practical work of a small firm lawyer.
After law school, Parker entered private practice and steadily moved into roles with increasing responsibility. By 2019 she established her own practice, McNulty Parker Law, where she serves as owner and managing attorney. Setting up a firm gave her a direct hand in how cases are handled and how clients experience legal help. She has overseen the firm's day-to-day operations while handling matters that come through the office.
Parker holds current professional memberships in local and state bar-related organizations. Her participation in these groups reflects an interest in staying connected to developments in Florida law and to peers who practice across the state. Colleagues describe her as someone who prefers hands-on problem solving and clear communication with clients.
Her work at the firm has involved counseling individuals and small businesses, and she often handles matters that require both legal knowledge and attention to practical details. She applies research, client interviews, and negotiation when appropriate. Parker approaches each matter with attention to timelines and procedural requirements in Florida courts.
Clients encounter a firm set up to respond to individual needs rather than a large, transactional practice. Parker has structured McNulty Parker Law to provide direct access to the lawyer handling the case. That structure informs how the office manages files, schedules hearings, and communicates next steps to clients.
Outside the office, Parker remains tied to professional networks and continuing legal education. She participates in programming offered by bar groups and attends seminars that keep her informed about statutory changes and recent court decisions in Florida. Those activities feed back into the firm’s work and inform case strategy.
Her practice is based in Florida and she operates McNulty Parker Law, PLLC. Her current practice centers on serving clients in Florida through McNulty Parker Law, PLLC.
