Angelo Nicholas Georggin is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Georggin is a managing partner at Georggin & Georggin, a law firm located at 30211 Avenida de las Banderas, Suite 150, Rancho Santa Margarita, California. He has been practicing law for over 31 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Georggin earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at San Diego State University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree magna cum laude in 1990. During his time at Western State, he was recognized for his academic excellence, graduating at the top of his class.
Mr. Georggin concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer law, appeals and appellate, business law, construction law, employment law, personal injury, and products liability. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, premises liability claims, and construction defects. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Georggin has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding Georggin & Georggin, he worked as an associate at Krutcik & Georggin in Mission Viejo, California, for several years.
Mr. Georggin is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association and numerous specialty litigation associations. He is also a certified mediator through the California State Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution program. Mr. Georggin is fluent in Greek, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
