About Angelina

Angelina Bradley built her legal foundation at schools in Colorado. She earned a B.A. in psychology from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2006 and later completed a J.D. at the University of Colorado Law School in 2009. She also holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver.

Her first legal post came in uniform. In 2009 she served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Navy, handling the kinds of military legal matters that accompany service. After leaving active duty she moved into private practice and organizational roles. In 2014 she became managing partner at In Balance Legal, a smaller practice where she handled casework and office responsibilities. The next few years saw Bradley take roles focused on vulnerable populations. She joined the Marjaree Mason Center in 2015 as a family law lawyer and a year later served as a managing lawyer for the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking, working on cases and programs aimed at survivors.

Bradley’s courtroom and administrative experience are tied to a range of civil and family matters. Her background as a judge advocate informs her approach to procedure and advocacy. Her time at organizations that serve survivors of interpersonal violence and trafficking gave her hands-on experience in trauma-informed representation and collaboration with social service providers.

She is admitted to practice in Colorado and California and holds federal admissions that include the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is also licensed in the District of Columbia. Those admissions have allowed her to handle cases that touch both state and federal systems, and to appear where federal filings are required.

Today Bradley practices at the Law Office of Jolene Metzger. Her work draws on years in military legal service, family law practice, and nonprofit advocacy, and includes representation in family law matters as well as civil work involving survivors of human trafficking. She currently practices at the Law Office of Jolene Metzger, handling family law and related civil matters.
