About Angela

Angela Enholm built her legal foundation at the University of Illinois Springfield, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2004. She continued her studies at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and earned her Juris Doctor in 2008. Those years set the stage for a practice anchored in courtroom procedure and appellate work.

After law school, Enholm established her practice in Arizona. She is licensed to practice in that state and is admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Those credentials have shaped the kinds of matters she takes on and the forums where she appears.

Her work spans both state and federal venues. She represents clients in Arizona courts and handles matters that proceed to appellate review in the Ninth Circuit. She is comfortable in written appellate advocacy and in oral argument settings. Her experience includes drafting briefs, preparing record excerpts, and arguing issues on appeal.

Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She breaks complex problems into discrete legal questions. That style comes through in pleadings and in courtroom presentations. She aims for clarity over flourish. Judges and opposing counsel see concise, targeted arguments rather than long, meandering submissions.

Enholm’s academic path also contributes to her practice. Her undergraduate studies provided a foundation in research and analysis. Law school added procedural training and exposure to appellate procedure. Together those experiences inform how she approaches both trial-level work and appeals.

Outside of formal filings, she pays attention to case management and deadlines. Appeals leave little room for error. Enholm’s day-to-day practice reflects that reality. She works to ensure records are assembled, briefing schedules are met, and issues are framed in ways that appellate panels can follow.

Clients and other lawyers find her straightforward in explaining legal options. She avoids legal jargon when possible and focuses on practical implications for cases. The result is a practice rooted in courtroom-ready preparation and appellate advocacy. She currently represents clients in Arizona state courts and in proceedings before the Ninth Circuit.
