Angela D. Warren is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Warren is the founder and principal attorney at Warren Law Firm, a law office located at 601 Montgomery Street, Suite 665, San Francisco, CA 94111. She has been practicing law for over 31 years, focusing primarily on immigration law, and serves clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ms. Warren earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where she graduated in 1992. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature in 1989. During her time at UC Irvine, she developed a strong foundation in language and cultural studies, which has been beneficial in her immigration law practice.
Ms. Warren concentrates her practice in the areas of immigration law, including family visas, work visas, deportation defense, and asylum cases. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving family reunification, employment-based immigration, and protection from removal proceedings. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, preparation and filing of applications, representation in hearings before immigration courts, and appeals to higher courts when necessary.
Throughout her career, Ms. Warren has handled cases in various courts, including the San Francisco Immigration Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at Long & Levit, a San Francisco-based law firm specializing in litigation. She also served as Assistant Vice President of the Western Region for the American Insurance Association and as Americas International Counsel at Silicon Graphics, managing legal affairs in Latin America and Canada.
Ms. Warren is an active member of several professional organizations, including the San Francisco Rotary Club, the American Bar Association, the National Immigration Project, and the Lawyer Referral Network. She has served as a mentor-lawyer for the Lawyer Committee for Civil Rights and has been involved with the Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and California Lawyers for the Arts. Additionally, she has held positions on the Board of Legal Aid of Marin and as a trustee for the International English Center. Ms. Warren is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse clientele in the San Francisco area.
