About Andrewe William

Andrewe William Johnson built a career that moves between courtrooms and firm management. He studied history and English at Monmouth College before completing a double major in History and Rhetoric at the University of Illinois, where he earned his B.A. in 1992. He later received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1995.

Johnson began practicing law soon after law school. He has been active in the Fulton County Bar Association since 1995 and served as its president in 2004005. That early local leadership marked him as someone comfortable in both public roles and the quieter demands of legal practice. Over the years he maintained bar registration in more than one state and built a career that spans Illinois and Georgia.

His professional home has been Johnson & Johnson, P.C. He rose through the firms ranks to serve as a lawyer and shareholder and became president of the firm in 2011. Those titles reflect both a docket of cases and responsibilities for firm governance. He has combined client work with running firm operations and mentoring younger lawyers inside the office.

Johnsons practice has included litigation and matters that require courtroom experience. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Illinois, which has shaped the kinds of matters he takes and the environments in which he appears. Colleagues describe him as steady during hearings and methodical in preparing a case. He has also continued to take part in bar association activities after his term as president, staying engaged in the local legal community.

He prefers clear, direct advocacy. His courtroom style tends to emphasize preparation, factual clarity, and orderly presentation. In firm management he has focused on sustaining client relationships and on creating internal structures for case-handling and supervision. He balances those administrative duties with active client work.

Today Johnson remains a principal at Johnson & Johnson, P.C., where he combines leadership duties with an ongoing litigation and corporate practice. He practices in both Georgia and Illinois and continues to participate in civic and bar activities while managing the firms work and serving clients.
