About Andrew S.

Andrew S. Neuwelt built a straightforward path into law. He earned a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1999 and completed his J.D. at Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University in 2004. Those formative academic years set the groundwork for a career spent in private practice and bar association involvement.

Early in his career Neuwelt moved into firm practice. He joined Franks, Koenig & Neuwelt, where he became part of a team handling a range of client matters. His work there has involved client counseling, case preparation and courtroom appearances. He has worked on matters that require careful factual development and sustained procedural attention.

Neuwelt holds active membership in both the Florida State Bar and the Georgia State Bar. Those dual memberships reflect a practice that spans state lines and the regulatory frameworks that govern them. Membership in two state bars also means he must keep up with continuing education and local rules in multiple jurisdictions.

Colleagues describe him as steady in court and methodical in file work. He approaches each matter on its own terms. He prepares evidence and documents with an eye toward the practical decisions judges and opposing counsel will make. He is comfortable taking a case from initial intake through to resolution, whether by negotiation or trial.

The firm where he practices has a presence beyond a single office, including offices in Illinois and Georgia. That structure creates opportunities for coordinated representation in more than one venue. Neuwelt's practice benefits from the flow of information and resources that multi-office firms can provide.

Outside of day-to-day client work he remains engaged in professional networks inside the two state bars. Those connections provide access to practice resources and peer consultation. They also expose him to changes in law and procedure that affect clients.

His record shows an attorney who has maintained steady practice since completing law school. He combines courtroom experience with routine client management tasks. He continues to work at Franks, Koenig & Neuwelt, where he handles matters for the firm's clients and supports the firm’s multi-jurisdictional practice.
