Andrew Ronald Gillin is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1970. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Gillin is a founding partner at GJEL Accident Attorneys, a law firm specializing in personal injury cases, with offices in San Jose, Stockton, Gilroy, and Oakland, California. He has been practicing law for over five decades, serving clients throughout Northern and Central California.
Mr. Gillin earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at the University of Chicago, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles, which he later applied to his practice in personal injury law.
Mr. Gillin concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury law, representing individuals who have sustained injuries in various accidents, including car accidents, rollover accidents, Uber and ride-sharing accidents, electric scooter accidents, limousine accidents, rear-end accidents, bus and Muni accidents, and other types of personal injury cases. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Jose for several years.
Mr. Gillin is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He holds membership in the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He is also a certified mediator through the California State Bar's mediation program. Mr. Gillin is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
