About Andrew Roger
Andrew Roger Corsberg trained first as a psychologist and then as a lawyer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Lewis-Clark State College in 2013 and completed his Juris Doctor at Gonzaga University School of Law in 2016. Those years set out a clear educational path from social science into law.
Early in his legal career Corsberg joined professional organizations that often serve newer attorneys. He became a member of the American Bar Association in 2016 and joined the ABA’s Young Lawyer Division the same year. Those affiliations have placed him in professional networks that address practice skills, ethics, and the procedural aspects of running a practice.
Corsberg’s resume moved into the practical side of business law and compliance. He took roles that dealt with state filing requirements, entity formation, and the routine yet essential task of maintaining corporate standing. Colleagues describe him as the type of lawyer who attends carefully to deadlines and procedural detail. He has worked in capacities that require interpreting statutory filing rules and advising clients about ongoing reporting obligations.
He is licensed to practice in Washington and has practiced there since the years after he completed law school. That regional focus has shaped the kinds of matters he handles. State-specific filing systems, local administrative procedures and the interplay between state corporate law and federal requirements make up a steady portion of his caseload.
Since joining Northwest Registered Agent, Corsberg has worked on matters tied to corporate compliance and registered-agent services. That role involves advising business clients on maintaining good standing, handling service of process, and managing the paperwork that keeps entities compliant with state law. It is work that requires procedural rigor and steady attention to administrative timelines.
Outside of the office he keeps involvement in bar activities that support new lawyers. His membership in the ABA and its Young Lawyer Division ties him to continuing legal education and peer forums. He has used those venues to stay current on practice management and regulatory developments that affect businesses operating in Washington.
Today Corsberg practices in Washington and carries out work related to corporate filings, registered-agent responsibilities and compliance for business clients at Northwest Registered Agent.
