About Andrew Marshall

Andrew Marshall Wolfe is a Texas attorney who built his practice soon after finishing law school. He trained in state institutions and then chose a mix of public service and private practice. The resulting resume is compact but varied, showing courtroom exposure at multiple points and an independent practice that dates to the year he earned his degree.

Wolfe earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2006. He then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2012. While in law school he sought experience inside the judiciary, serving as a judicial intern at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in 2010. That stint placed him at the center of death-penalty and appellate work in the state court system and gave him early exposure to appellate procedure and opinion drafting.

After law school he opened his own practice. In 2012 he listed himself as Lawyer and Counselor at Law under the Law Office of Andrew M. Wolfe. The decision to start a personal practice shortly after earning a J.D. reflects an entrepreneurial path rather than a long apprenticeship at an established firm. The office provided a base from which he handled a variety of matters for clients in Texas.

Wolfe also spent time on the prosecution side of the docket. In 2013 he served as an Assistant District Lawyer at the Falls County District Lawyer’s Office. That role involved courtroom work and case management typical of a county prosecutor’s office, and it contributed trial experience that complements his private-practice background. Earlier, the judicial internship at the Court of Criminal Appeals had rounded out his view of the criminal justice system from the appellate perspective.

Today he practices from the Law Office of Andrew M. Wolfe, maintaining his license in Texas and operating from his own firm. His career path—law school, an appellate internship, early private practice and county-level prosecution—gives him familiarity with both trial and appellate procedures in Texas courts. He currently centers his practice on matters arising under Texas state law.
